This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared IAW the format found at parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Please see attached for details 7/8/26: Amendment P0001 is being uploaded to fix typos in solication and add missing clauses. Attachement "FOR 1449" was uploaded in error and is being removed.
