Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitations will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only, to make appropriate acquisition decision, to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses, and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325992 Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, and Chemical Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name, Film QA Software Gafchromic In-Vivo Dosimetry System, to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable or other Federal Contact vehicles, and a capability statement to the requirement. Provide evidence your business can provide the requested items to include past/and or current contract for the same requirement and any other compelling evidence to help the Government detain your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent to darrin.alexander2@va.gov no later than July 15, 2026, at 13:00 Hours Eastern Standard Time. Note: Telephone and facsimile responses will not be considered. Questions and discussion will not be considered.
