This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and no other solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number: W50S8626QA003 Issued as a: Request for Quotation (RFQ) UNFUNDED DISCLOSURE: Funds are NOT presently available for this requirement. The government intends to make award should funding become available. QUOTE VALIDITY: The Government requests quotes to be valid through 30 September 2026. Requirement Description: This is a requirement for the purchase and installation of an Onity Trillium Lock system upgrade at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Michigan. This is a brand-name-only requirement. Set-Aside: This acquisition is Full and Open Competition. The small business set-aside has been dissolved. NAICS Code: 332510 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidance and applicable DFARS class deviations. CLIN 0002: Installation of the Onity Trillium Lock System. A detailed list of required components is provided in the solicitation attachment. Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery, installation, and acceptance shall be at Alpena CRTC, 5884 A Street, Alpena, MI 49707. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit will be conducted on 16 June 2026 at 10:00 AM Local time. All interested vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit. No other site visit will be conducted. Attached to this notice is an Entry & Access List (EAL) Form. This must be filled out and submitted to the Contracting Officer NOT LATER THAN 10 days before the site visit.
