Description
Annual Fire Protection Inspection and Testing Services for Colonial National Historical Park (COLO). The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Update the solicitation to comply with DOI policy: a. Update clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Products and Commercial Services (JAN 2025) b. Update provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services (MAY 2024) c. Add a notice to the end of Section 4, Provisions.
