Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation and there will be no resulting contract/ order as a direct result of this notice. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government. The Government intends to release a solicitation for this requirement on or about April 17, 2019. Draft Performance Work Statement is attached.
