Description
The Consulate of the United States in Tijuana is requiring a Contractor to provide janitorial services to include daily and periodic cleaning of the New Consulate Compound buildings located in Hermosillo, Mexico. . Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. The anticipated performance period is for one-year. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit, the date will be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
