Request for Proposal (RFP): Commercial and Military Satellite Communications Operations Support (COSMOS) Solicitation Number: FA251826RP002 Accessing the RFP To view the RFP documents, interested vendors must have a current and approved DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) on file. To Gain Access: Please submit your DD Form 2345 to the Points of Contact listed below and concurrently request access via the "Attachments/Links" section for this solicitation on SAM.gov. Previously Granted Access: If your organization has already submitted a DD Form 2345 for this specific effort, please just request access via the "Attachments/Links" section. Proposal Submission Proposals must be submitted through the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system. For further instructions on using PIEE, please refer to Section L, Attachment 8, and Attachment 9 of the RFP.
