TITLE: Lincoln Electric Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table System NOTICE TYPE: Pre-Solicitation Notice DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia, intends to issue a solicitation for the purchase of a Lincoln Electric Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table System and associated accessories for Engineering Service. The requirement will include, but is not limited to: (Brand Name Only) One (1) Lincoln Electric Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table Two (2) PlateGuard Water Table Additives (5 Gallon) One (1) Torchmate CAD Software License One (1) FlexCut Consumable Starter Kit One (1) Bronze Training Package The anticipated solicitation will be issued as a commercial product acquisition utilizing FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333515, Cutting Tool and Machine Tool Accessory Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 3415. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about 6/17/2026. The solicitation and any amendments will be available through SAM.gov. This notice is not a request for quotations. No award will be made from this notice. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for the release of the solicitation and any future updates.
