Description

REPLACE THREE (3) HVAC SYSTEMS, SAMO The National Park Service (NPS) at Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (SAMO) has a requirement to remove and replace three (3) HVAC systems, in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, California. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the Scope of Work (SOW) and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Note: for a full description, quoters shall refer to Attachment 1 Scope of Work. Refer to all other attachments for the full solicitation package. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE AND SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220, with a corresponding size standard of $19 million. SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Quotations will only be accepted from SDVOSB. Quotations received from concerns that are not SDVOSB will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in RFO FAR Part 12.203. The Government anticipates issuing an order from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quotation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered as listed in the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. All costs associated with the preparation of quotes are at the contractor's own expense.
