Portable Toilets Utah Test and Training Range

UTTR (Utah Test and Training Range) is acquiring the rental, cleaning, and maintenance of 25 Polyethelene Portable Toilets at UTTR, DET 1 area alongside a contingency plan of rental, cleaning, and maintenance of up to 8 additional Portable Toilets as needed for periodic surges to mission requirements. Surges will occur 2-3 times per year (NTE 3 times per year) and additional 8 portable toilets with hand sanitizer units shall be provided as needed for these surges. The portable toilets and maintenance are necessary for continuation of mission at the Utah Test and Training Range in Dugway, Utah. In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Hill Air Force Base intends to establish a single award portable toilets blanket purchase agreement with a Projected Period of Performance of 02 Sep 2025 - 01 Sep 2030.
