NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED AND NO SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES. PROCUREMENT TITLE: REPLACE OBSOLETE/DISCONTINUED STRYKER 8� SYSTEM INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 01, VAHCS West Haven, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516-2770, intends to award one (1) Order under FSS 36F79720D0041, to the SDVOSB TrillaMed LLC, to replace the Obsolete/Discontinued items described below. DESCRIPTION: This requirement seeks to replace the Obsolete/Discontinued Stryker 8� System handpieces and batteries System; and replace Obsoleted/Discontinued items with the Stryker 9� System. Due to advances in technology and the development of more current surgical power tools, the following Stryker 8� System handpieces and batteries will be discontinued; and to be replaced with the Stryker 9� System (See attached notice for list of discontinued & replacement items): DELIVERY: 25 Calendar days after Receipt of Order. NAICS: 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. Size standard 800 Employees PSC: 6515 Medical Equipment and Accessories and Supplies AUTHORITY: The authority for this procurement will be via FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
