Pre-solicitation Notice Janitorial Services for Recruiting Stations, Various Locations, OK W912BV19Q0024 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV19Q0024 for Janitorial Services at Recruiting stations at Cross Creek Shopping Center, Durant; Washington Park Mall, Bartlesville; North Miami Plaza Shopping Center, Miami; Edmond Plaza Shopping Center, Edmond; Town Center Plaza, Midwest City; and Regal Plaza, Tulsa, OK. The solicitation will be issued as a Woman-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $18,000,000. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed-Priced contracts, consisting of a base year and four, 1 year Options, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, technical and past performance.
