Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C77626Q0121 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services of OVID Core Biomedical Collection to various Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities. This acquisition is a total set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. For a detailed list of the OVID Core Biomedical Collection scientific journals, please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) and the Price/Cost Schedule in the solicitation as it includes a description of the line-item number, quantity, and unit of measure. Offerors are encouraged to review all sections of the solicitation carefully and ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, and instructions provided. Offers must be received by March 26, 2026, no later than 10:00 AM Central Time.
