NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT DIRECTLY FROM SUPPLIERS (RFO FAR 12.201-1(2) and 5.101(b)(1)(i)(A)) Solicitation Number: 15B51926Q00000020 B&F 26Z5AL9 - Replace FCI Housing Units Hot Water Heaters Agency: Federal Bureau of Prisons - FCC Pollock Classification Code:4520 Space and Water Heating Equipment NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Solicit Directly from Suppliers IAW. RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). Synopsis: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FDC Houston intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, (firm-fixed-price) service contract directly to suppliers to repair elevators C&D. The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO FAR 19.104-1(a) (1) and RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside set aside direct solicitation to suppliers. The NAICS code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning.
