Description

The U.S. Embassy Beirut, Lebanon has a requirement for a contractor to provide French, Modern Standard Arabic, and Lebanese Arabic language instruction to adult American students, specific to the level and goals of the student. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. Your quotation must be submitted to ContractingBeirut@state.gov to the attention of the Contracting Officer at the U.S. Embassy Beirut, Lebanon on or before 2:00 p.m. on July 3, 2026.
