Description

The Hemodialysis Clinic and Sterile Processing Service (SPS) at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS) have a need to replace the current reverse osmosis (RO) carbon filter tanks in use and replace them with new Catalytic Carbon Filter Tanks. Failed water quality testing would lead to facility wide impacts up to and including inability to see patients onsite. Weekly disinfection and water sample testing completed by Marvel Water LLC, is required for the Hemodialysis Clinic to maintain the ANSI/AAMI ST108:2023 standard, and adjustments to the equipment, if performed by any other vendor could disrupt the disinfection/testing schedule which would be unacceptable. Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the listed items from the solicitation and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities. The response will be considered by the agency. Responses should be submitted to Dennis Fennelly at dennis.fennelly@va.gov no later than Wednesday, July 1st, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time, to be considered. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the Government. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the Sole Source acquisition.
