Description

The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY, 40121, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Apex Path LLC (UEI: VWSDAA8EP1Y3 | CAGE Code: 3PUH9), located at 11 S Acton Pl, Annapolis, Maryland 21401-2713. The procurement is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non personal services necessary to support the HQDA Best Squad Competition-Community Event and Fitness Competition FY26 at the National Infantry Museum (NIM) in Columbus, GA. This action is being conducted under FAR Part 12 (DFARS CD 2026-O00028), Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services, Title 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 12.201-1 (DFARS CD 2026-O0028), For commercial acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101 (DFARS CD 2026-O0003), Methods of disseminating information. However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement within the required timeframe. All capability statements must be received no later than 31 July, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. Submitted capability statements shall include sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement, including relevant experience, pricing information (if available), and supporting documentation. Submissions shall be sent via email to Contract Specialist, Emily H. Ryan at emily.h.ryan.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Joseph R. Lawrence at joseph.r.lawrence3.civ@army.mil. The anticipated award date is August 2026.
