Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3G3JF6174A001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for 432 SPTS JP-8 Fuel Spill Remediation and Sampling. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. CLIN 0001- Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the JP-8 Fuel Spill Remediation and Sampling effort as defined in the attached Statement of Work. ***Reference the attachments for specifications, descriptions, all provisions/clauses, and additional information. a. Period of Performance: 60 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt. b. Place of Performance: Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land, located approximately 2,000 feet west of the western fenceline of Creech Air Force Base, Nevada. c. Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination Questions are due on Tuesday, 28 July 2026, at 1500 PDT. Only electronic questions submitted via email will be considered for this requirement. Quotes are due on Friday, 07 August 2026, at 1000 PDT. Only electronic offers submitted via email will be considered for this requirement.
