This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and has incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70LGLY26QGLB00031 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Portable Toilet Rental and Maintenance Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Student Services Division (SSD) located in Glynco, Georgia. This commercial services acquisition is being solicited as a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that a single Firm-Fixed-Price award will be made as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562991 � Septic Tank and Related Services and the Small Business Standard is $9.0 Million. The Product/Service Code is S299 � Housekeeping-Other.
