(ABOA): 7,835 Space Type: Office: 7,462 ABOA SF Secured Parking (Fenced): 7,000 SF Parking Spaces (Total): 62 Parking Spaces (Surface): 18 (Reserved/Fenced) Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Customer): 44 (Unreserved) Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: Intentionally Deleted The site must accommodate 18 reserved parking spaces for government vehicles within a securely fenced area, plus an additional 44 unreserved surface parking spaces outside the fence for customers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
