Continuing Legal Education (CLE) for attorneys and paralegals

Synopsis The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS), on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of General Counsel (OGC), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial Continuing Legal Education (CLE) subscription services. The Contractor shall provide a secure, commercial, web-based enterprise learning platform that delivers live and on-demand CLE-accredited training for HUD attorneys, paralegals, and other authorized personnel. The solution shall support approximately 650 authorized users and include user administration, CLE credit tracking, certificates of completion, reporting capabilities, customer support, and related subscription services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The anticipated award is a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a twelve (12) month base period and three (3) twelve-month option periods. This acquisition is conducted using commercial acquisition procedures and will be awarded on a Best Value Tradeoff basis. Evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Past Performance, Transition and Implementation, and Price, as described in the solicitation. The applicable NAICS Codes are 611430 � Professional and Management Development Training and 519290 � Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services.
