N4008526R0177, DESIGN BID BUILD - BUILDING 114 CRANE 64 REPLACEMENT, NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER, NAVAL STATION NEWPORT, NEWPORT, RI THIS ACTION IS RESERVED FOR DESIGN-BUILD (DB)/ DESIGN-BIDBUILD (DBB), INDEFINITE DELIVERY /INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ), MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW LONDON, CT/ NEWPORT, RI AORs (CONTRACT NUMBERS N4008522D0021, N4008522D0022, N4008522D0023, N4008522D0024, N4008522D0025). FOR FACILITIES IN THE NORTH AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR) TO INCLUDE CONNECTICUT, DELAWARE, AINE, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, PENNSYLVANIA, RHODE ISLAND, AND VERMONT N4008522D0022 - Armitage SAI JV N4008522D0023 - Black Horse Construction Group N4008522D0024 - CCI Facility Support Services, LLC N4008522D0025 - Doyon Management Services, LLC CLIN 0001 Base Price work includes, but is not limited to: a. Removing and disposing the existing 3-ton overhead bridge crane. b. Providing a new 3-ton overhead electric traveling bridge crane. New crane configuration shall be top-running bridge with an under-running trolley hoist. c. Replacing existing crane rails and crane conductors with new rails and conductors to accommodate two cranes operating on the same common rail system. d. Replacing existing electric power infrastructure to crane with a new upgraded power feed that will support two new 3-ton cranes operating on the common rail system.CLIN 0002 Option Item No. 1 - Price includes the following:a. CLIN 0002. Price for providing all work in connection with a second new 3-ton overhead electric traveling bridge crane in room 101 in Building 114, complete in accordance with the NAVFAC project drawings and technical specifications. b. Option Item No. 1 includes providing a crane anti-collision sensor system for each of two cranes.
