USS Theodore Roosevelt Ship requires generic specialized, all-electric nonhydraulic rescue tools designed for cutting and spreading in emergency services. This is a firm-fixed price type contract and utilizing GPC card. Please reference the Solicitation for details: Statement of Requirement Sections C, Attached SOR, Sections L&M, and SPECS/DESCRIPTION Template attachment for additional details.
