Technical Support Services for initiating a new site-wide environmental assessment (SWEA) process for National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance for ongoing operations and future projects at Sandia National Laboratories, California (SNL/CA). Amendment 1 - Incorporated Attachment L-3-Questions and Answers, Attachment L-4 Cover Letter and Amendment 1, and Attachment M-1 Eval. Factors Rev. 1. April 20, 2026. Period of Performance: 06/01/2026 to 05/31/2027 Amendment 2 - Incorporated Attachment L-3-Questions and Answers second set of questions dated April 22,2026 and Attachment L-4 Cover Letter and Amendment 2 April 22, 2026. Period of Performance: 06/01/2026 to 05/31/2027 Amendment 3 - New Period of Performance date is June 29, 2026 through June 28,2027. Should the Vendors choose to submit a revised quote, due date is June 9, 2026 at 1400 MT. Period of Performance: 06/29/2026 to 06/28/2027
