Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TX City: Austin Delineated Area: North: West 9th St East: N. Congress Ave South: West Cesar Chavez St West: West Ave Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,972 Space Type: Office Reserved Parking Spaces (Structured): 14 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: Offered space must provide the appearance of a dignified and professional law office. Agency is not to be co-located in a building with any of the following government agencies: Office of the U.S. Attorney, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons, or any other law enforcement agencies Offered space must be contiguous. Public Parking must be available within six blocks. Other special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposal package. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). The space will be occupied by a customer facing agency. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Expression of Interest Submission Instructions/Requirements: Please provide the following basic information and descriptions pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. All submissions should include the following information: Name of Owner; Property authorization letter from the owner; Address or locational description of the building; Age of building; Total gross square feet; and gross square feet per floor; Site plan depicting the building and parking; Floor plan and gross square footage of the proposed space; Identification of on-site parking; A map demonstrating the building is within the delineated area; A map depicting the location of public transportation stops within proximity to the property; A map depicting the evidence of amenities within close proximity of the property; Building owners must provide evidence of ownership.
