***SOLICITATION DUE DATE EXTENDED UNTIL 11:00 am 21 MAY 2019*** *THESE SERVICES ARE NOT CURRENTLY BEING PERFORMED AT THIS LOCATION* The Solicitation, W912DR19Q0059, will be issued for Janitorial Services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $18.0 Million. The project has an anticipated performance period of one base year and one option year. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at seven Armed Forces Career Centers Located at: Manassas, Woodbridge(2), Fairfax, Alexandria(2) and Arlington, VA. The contractor shall provide the military customer with clean, professional offices in which they can conduct their day-to-day business of recruiting men and women for enlistment into the Armed Forces. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to David.M.Potocek@usace.army.mil no later than Monday, May 6, 2019 at 12:00 pm EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Tuesday, April 30, 2019, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
