Description
The Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), is seeking an innovative, flexible, and efficient Resupply Capability (RC) to transport and deliver 155mm artillery ammunition to the new Mobile Tactical Cannon (MTC). In accordance with Open Solicitation Procedures detailed within Solicitation W50RAJ-26-S-0001, the Government intends to award one or more Other Transaction (OT) for Prototype Project pursuant to 10 USC 4022 (formerly 10 USC 2371b). The Government further reserves the right to award to all, part, or none of the companies who submit proposals. This Call for Solution (CFS) will utilize CSO procedures in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3458. The Call for Solution document, outlining the full problem statement, required solution attributes, submission requirements, and evaluation phases can be found in the "Attachments" section below. The deadline to submit questions for Phase 1 is April 28, 2026 at 3:00PM ET.
