Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) only. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable vendors that can provide comprehensive IBM Cognos Training services. DFAS requires a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive instructor-led training for IBM Cognos software. The training must equip DFAS personnel with the necessary skills to effectively utilize Cognos for data analysis, reporting, and operational support. The vendor must be a registered NASBA CPE sponsor and have the ability to provide materials in a non-proprietary electronic format and your approach to ensuring all materials are 508 compliant, including support for JAWS software. For additional informaiton, please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please submit all responses by 31 July 2026 at 4:00 PM EST directly to: Terri L.
