The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Oklahoma VA Health Care System is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify DOMESTIC MANUFACTURERS having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for STEAM STERILIZERS similar or equivalent to the Steris AMSCO 400 Small Steam Sterilizer, for the Oklahoma VA Health Care System located at 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to supply and install the STEAM STERILIZERS. Services shall include but are not limited to the following: Objective: The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKC VAHCS) requires 10 (ten) Steam Sterilizers to meet the need of the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) at the Oklahoma City medical facility. This procurement will result in a new, firm-fixed price contract. The OKC VAHCS is seeking only domestically manufactured products to fulfill this requirement, pursuant to the Buy American Act.
