"SEE ATTACHED" July 22, 2026 Dear Prospective Quoter: Subject: Request for Quotation -19NL8026Q0020 � Automobile Purchase The Embassy of the United States of America, The Hague, invites qualified offerors to submit their most competitive quotation for the supply and delivery of one (1) Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined below. This acquisition is conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), as the estimated value falls within the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and is set aside for full and open competition. Offerors must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications. Offerors must read this RFQ, including all incorporated provisions and clauses, in its entirety before submitting an offer.
