Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140G0126Q0115 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Hydrological Instrumentation Facility (HIF) has a requirement for an indefinite quantity contract for the delivery of stream gauging hydrological equipment, to be delivered to Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The anticipated contract period of performance is 09/13/2026 to 09/12/2031. There are no option periods. The f.o.b. point is destination. Quotations are due at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, 08/05/2026. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a competitive purchase order in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures, Quotations shall be submitted to Daniel (Dan) Galvin at [email protected] with the solicitation number referenced in the subject line. This solicitation is full and open (no small business set-aside). The NAICS code is 334513 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables. The size standard is 750 employees. The anticipated award date of the contract is 08/19/2026. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov to be awarded the purchase order.
