Email: Wilmen.Joa@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, intends to award a sole source, one-time, firm-fixed-price contract to Marathon Medical Corp. under FSS contract # 36F79718D0321. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made based on proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement by providing detailed documentation, including pricing and technical data sufficient to determine whether a comparable source is available to the government. The government will consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to June 4, 2026.
