Solicitation N0042126Q1289 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Legrand AV Inc, Velcro USA Inc., Panduit Corp, 3M Company, Conntek Integrated Solutions, Inc., Vesa Health & Technology, Inc., and MasterClock, Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. You must quote enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote.
