This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial procurement prepared in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, effective 1 February 2026, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. CLIN 0003 � Shipping Total Price $XX.XX The vendor shall provide shipping for all items to the Government facility. Partial shipments are not permitted. Quote Format Requirements Quotes shall clearly display the following totals: CLIN 0001 Total: $X.XX CLIN 0002 Total: $X.XX CLIN 0003 Total: $X.XX Overall Quote Total: $X.XX The Government will evaluate offers by adding the total price for all line items. Evaluation of all line items does not obligate the Government to award all line items. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make an award without discussions. However, discussions may be conducted if determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. The Government will notify offerors if a submission is missing any required elements. Offerors must provide the missing information within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the 24-hour window will result in the submission being deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. Evaluation Factors for Award: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined the lowest price technically acceptable and meets the delivery date of 31 December 2026.
