Description
The 452d Mission Support Group has a requirement for non-personal services to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform comprehensive custodial services at March Air Reserve Base. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, routine space cleaning, floor care and maintenance, trash and recycling removal, and restroom sanitation. All work must be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable commercial and industry standards. Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is a 12-month base period beginning July 01, 2026 with 4 12-month option periods. Mandatory Source Provision: Notice: This requirement is being considered for the AbilityOne Program in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.7 (Acquisition from Nonprofit Agencies Employing People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled). Clauses and Provisions: All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses and provisions will be incorporated by reference in the formal solicitation.
