Project Title: BB Replace Deteriorated AHU 21, 22, 23, and 24 Malcolm Randall VAMC Project Number: 573-21-705 Location: Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer RD Gainesville, FL 32608. POP: 1095 Calendar Days from the NTP Wage Determination: DBA FL20250002 12/12/2025 applies to this project. Magnitude of Construction: to VAAR 836.204(h)(3), $50,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00. NAICS - 236220: Size Standard of $45M Service Code: Y1DA Project Description - Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and supervision to Replace Deteriorated AHU 21,22,23,and 24 at the Malcolm Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The renovation consists of preparing site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work IAW design and specifications In accordance with 38 U.S.C. � 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs utilizing a tiered set-aside evaluation approach, including other than small businesses, to minimize delays in the re-solicitation process. At the time of proposal submission, and at the time of award, interested contractors MUST be actively registered in the following databases: System for Award Management (SAM) - https;//ww.sam.gov Veteran Small Business Administration (VSBA) - https://veterans.certify.sba.gov Award is subject to the availability of funds.
