RFO Amendment 0003: The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) Amendment is to provide RFO Attachment 23 - Amendment 0003 Questions and Answers, and revised copies of RFO Attachments C1 Cost Reimbursable Workbook Revision 03 (Tab Hours Check FOR GOVT USE Column A, rows 97 through 110 have been revised to align with the Government Labor Categories drop down list in the Cost Summary tab, C2 Cost Reimbursable Narrative Revision 03 (Distribution Statement removed, CUI Markings only in header and footer), C3 Fixed Time and Material Priced Narrative Revision 02 (Distribution Statement removed, CUI Markings only in header and footer), P1 Key Personnel Revision 02 (Distribution Statement removed, CUI Markings only in header and footer), and T1 Sample Task Revision 02 (Distribution Statement removed, CUI Markings only in header and footer). Specific changes to the RFO Attachments have been provided in parathesis. The proposal submission date has been extended to 2 July 2026. RFO Amendment 0002: The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) amendment is to provide RFO Attachment 22 - Questions and Answers. This RFO amendment also changes the period of performance for CLIN 6103 to match the other Option Year I CLINs and provides the following revised RFO Attachments: Attachment 4 - CSWF Qualification Matrix Revision 2, Attachment C1 - Cost Reimbursable Workbook Revision 2, Attachment C2 - Cost Reimbursable Narrative Revision 1, Attachment C3 - Fixed and Time and Material Priced Narrative Revision 1, Attachment P1 - Key Personnel Revision 1, Attachment T1 - Sample Tasks Revision 1, Attachment L1 - Section L Revision 2, and Attachment M1 - Section M Revision 1.The Proposal Submission Date remains unchanged. RFO Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) amendment is to provide answers to the questions submitted in response to this RFO. All answers are provided as Attachment 21 to this RFO amendment. This RFO amendment also updates and provides Revision 1 to the following attachments: Attachment 01 - Statement of Work, Attachment 04 ? CSWF Qualification Matrix, Attachment C1 - Cost Reimbursable Workbook, Attachment C2 - Cost Reimbursable Narrative, and Attachment L1 - Section L. The Proposal Submission Date remains unchanged. DISCLAIMER: This final request for offer is intended only for qualified businesses that currently hold a SeaPort - Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). As the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) operates under a product-based business model whereby NAWCAD WOLF civilians lead and manage the execution of the requirements with combined Government-Industry teams. Using this oLSI approach, the Government maintains control of intellectual property and data rights, enabling WOLF to rapidly adapt solutions to the dynamic needs of the warfighter. The NAWCAD WOLF Ship and Air Integrated Warfare (SAIW) Division, operating under the oLSI model, provides technical and engineering services to support the advanced research and development, systems engineering, and life cycle support of electronics, communications, and information systems in response to tasking from the Department of War (DoW) and other U.S. Government organizations. These projects directly support multiple major defense acquisition programs, other acquisition category designations, and other defense weapons systems to include, but not be limited to, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) systems, subsystems, and components of strategic and tactical airborne, land-based, mobile, sea-based surface, and sub-surface platforms.
