Amendment 0002 issues the following: Attachment 8 - Amd 2 Site Visit Notice The public should not visit the Ranger District Office building on days other than the scheduled site visit. No questions will be answered in response to Solicitation 12444126Q0022 at the site outside the formal site visit process. Only recreational sites are for public access, however, no staff will answer questions pertaining to Janitorial Services. All questions must be submitted in writing to Point of Contact listed on this Solcitation after reviewing Solicitation Attachments. ________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 issues the following additional documents: Attachment 6 � Questions and Answers This attachment contains the Government�s official responses to vendors' questions Attachment 7 � 12444126Q0022 A0001 This amendment must be acknowledged by signing and returning Attachment 7 with the vendor�s proposal package. Failure to acknowledge Amendment 0001 will render the proposal non?responsive and ineligible for award. No other changes are made to the solicitation at this time. ________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444126Q0022 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at Andrew Pickens Ranger District. Intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Janitorial Services to be performed for the USDA Forest Service, Sumter National Forest, Andrew Pickens Ranger District. The Period of Performance on the BPA will consist of 12-month base period and four 12-month ordering periods. The BPA does not obligate funds; the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. There will be five (5) individual (annual) ordering periods which will obligate funds on BPA Call orders. Either party (Government or Awardee) may terminate this agreement at any time. A 30-day notice must be provided in writing to terminate this agreement. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A formal site visit is not scheduled or mandatory, it is strongly encouraged for offerors to visit the accessible public land sites. This allows for assessing travel logistics and identifying the necessary equipment to perform work. Historical Data (for informational purposes only): The previous contract 12444121D0010 was awarded to Keep It Clean with five Task Orders for a total amount $281,128.63 .
