Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Bliss, Texas is issuing this solicitation to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Small Arms Weapons Simulation Training System (SAWSTS). The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Bliss, TX, has a requirement for a contractor to provide analysis, subject matter expertise, operational and technical support, resource management, administrative and Site Lead support. The Contractor shall provide TaaS with a Synthetic Small Arms Simulation Gymnasium to include Grid pattern sports vision, Cognitive, and human performance drills that can shoot with Synthetic or live fire converted weapons driven by a compressed air charging station to support Soldier training in Combat Marksmanship and Advanced Marksmanship training at McGregor Range New Mexico location. The synthetic training shall include threat/non-threat recognition, eye tracking and human performance simulation/stimulation. The simulation system shall leverage research in advancements in cognitive neuroscience, sports reaction training, learning theory, motivation, and human performance. The Contractor shall provide operations, sustainment, maintenance, and facilitate instructor training, content management, and reports. The Contractor shall ensure system availability (core components and associated equipment) are always ready to meet scheduled training requirements.
