Review of market research conducted resulted in a determination to solicit the requirement on an unrestricted, full and open basis. The activity small business office concurs with this acquisition strategy and set aside determination. The solicitation number is anticipated to be revised to N00604-18-R-4000, to reflect the fiscal year in which it is anticipated to be issued.
