Page 4 of 4 Page 1 of Page 1 of This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17- VA South Texas (VASTHCS) facilities. The West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS) at 300 Veterans Blvd. Big Spring Texas, 79720, has a requirement to purchase a sterile storage cabinet to mitigate temperature and humidity in their service sterile storage areas. SCOPE OF WORK Portable Sterile Storage Cabinet that can maintain temperature/humidity mandated requirements (Temperature 66° F to 72° F; Humidity 20% to 60%). In addition, positive pressure must be maintained within cabinet. Additional Requirements: Like or similar to Air Innovations SSC 4500 Overall cabinet dimensions equal to/greater than: 30" Wide x 32" Deep x 76" High Stainless steel pull out shelves, adjustable height 5 shelves equal to/greater than: 27 3/4" Wide x 18" Deep Meets or exceeds requirements of VA Directive 1116(2) Easily cleanable hospital grade 304 stainless steel construction HEPA Filtration Self-modulating fan system Maintains a minimum of 10 air changes per hour Integrated condensate control system Integral pressure monitoring with alarm Unit mounted on casters Onboard custom control system with a digital display for monitoring temperature, humidity and status. Capability to interface with VA network environmental monitoring See-through glass door 120V hospital grade 10ft long plug-in-cord Steam humidification utilizing standard demineralized water Integral 2.8 liter reservoir filled through front spout access. Ceiling exhaust kit UV-C Lights Manufacturer Installation/Set-up/Training: Manufacturer to provide on site installation and set-up within designated areas. In addition, same day training will be provided to Sterile Processing Staff/OR/DPU Staff/Biomedical Staff. User and Service Manuals: The vendor shall provide a complete printed set as well as electronic version of operator manuals, service manuals, electronic schematics, troubleshooting guides and parts list for Refrigerators. These manuals will include all components and subassemblies, including those not manufactured by the vendor.
