Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Network Contracting Office 23 intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), 36C26326Q0610, for a Brand Name Only Cataract Training Equipment for the Iowa City VA Health Care System. This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, and the corresponding NAICS Code is 339113. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26326Q0610. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. It is in the best interest of the vendor to read the solicitation in its entirety. The supporting documentation required to be completed will be used to determine whether the quoted service for this requirement meets the salient characteristic need of solicitation. All quotes are to be sent via email to dennis.salmonsen@va.gov. based on the due date stated in Block 8 on page 1 of the solicitation when it is posted.
