Industry Day Announcement Protected Tactical Waveform (PTW) Joint Hub Variant (JHV) Purpose Space Systems Command (SSC), on behalf of the Satellite Communications and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (SCPNT) Portfolio Acquisition Executive at Lost Angeles Air Force Base, CA, is conducting market research to assess industry capability to develop, produce, and field an Enterprise Protected Tactical Waveform (PTW) Joint Hub Variant (JHV) ground hub in support of worldwide military operations. This Industry Day serves as a follow?on engagement to the Protected Tactical Waveform (PTW) Joint Hub Variant Request for Information (RFI) posted on 23 March 2026 and will inform the Government�s acquisition strategy and technical requirements. Initial fielding is anticipated to begin in the 2029 timeframe. Disclaimer This announcement is issued for information and planning purposes only. Industry Day Objectives The Government intends to: Provide an overview of the PTW JHV acquisition approach Share an initial set of technical requirements via a Bidders Library Obtain industry feedback on requirements and acquisition strategy Event Information Location: KBR MSEIT Facility 300 N. PCH, Suite 2000 El Segundo, CA 90245 Schedule: Tuesday, 02 June 2026 0830�1200 PT: Government Presentation 1300�1700 PT: Industry One?on?One Sessions Wednesday, 03 June 2026 0830�1700 PT: Industry One?on?One Sessions Classification: Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Dress Code: Business Casual Attendance Eligibility Attendance is limited to U.S. Citizens only due to the presentation of sensitive information. Foreign Nationals are not authorized to attend. The Government invites participation from: Industry partners capable of producing a PTW JHV Companies able to execute a prime contract supporting USSF PTW JHV requirements Each company is limited to three (3) attendees. This limitation applies to all sessions. All attendees must present proof of U.S. citizenship (certified birth certificate, valid U.S. passport, or naturalization certificate). Failure to provide proof will result in denial of entry. Registration Registration Deadline: 1600 PT, Tuesday, 26 May 2026 To register, either: Complete registration via the Industry Day Registration Link https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/3b36jPNS2Y Or e-mail the Contracting Officer, Scott Lucas, and courtesy copy the Contract Specialists, Heather Ayres and William Chan, with the subject line �PTW JHV Industry Day Registration.� E-mail addresses for these individuals are provided in this announcement under �Points of Contact.� Include: Full name Company E-mail Address Citizenship Due to space limitations, only registrations for the first 120 attendees will be processed. Approved attendees will receive a welcome package via email approximately one week prior to the event. One?on?One Sessions Each prospective qualified prime contractor team, which may include sub-contractors, may request one 60?minute one?on?one session with the Government. Additional Information In?person attendance is required; virtual participation will not be accommodated Registration is free Refreshments and lunch will not be provided The Government is hereby providing notice of participation from its Federal Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I), and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contractors during the Industry Day briefings. Specifically, The Aerospace Corporation, KBR, SAIC, Tecolote Research Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton, MCR, and Figueroa and Associates contractors will be present during Industry Day and one-on-one sessions.
