Description
This project is a design-build to upgrade the AC Plants to include three new chillers and associated cooling towers which generate additional heat than previous equipment. New equipment is controlled by variable frequency drive cabinets that also generate substantial heat and need to be cooled. Existing ventilation is not sufficient, and new equipment began to shut down during peak summer loads. Electrical switchgear is needed to provide minimum cooling to Main Hospital for patient care. Re-uploaded attachments to make them viewable to the public. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide responses to RFIs received. The response date is changed from April 4, 2026 to May 1, 2026 at 12:00PM Eastern time. Please see attachement 36C24226R0034 0002 for additional details. The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide responses to RFIs, to provide drawings files, and to provide site visit details. The response date is changed to May 6, 2026 at 3:00PM Eastern time. Please see attachment 36C24226R0034 0003 for additional details.
