Description
The purpose of this updated pre-solicitation is to announce Naval Facilities Engineering Command?s (NAVFAC Washington) intent to award a small business set-aside, competitive Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This notice is for questions and answers for an upcoming competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) and the related Request for Information (RFI); any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit questions regarding the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Attachments.
