*This FINAL amendment is the FINAL answer to all questions posed to this solicitation. No further questions will be accepted. Q&A dated 4 June 2026 posted at 1506 PDT** All questions received have been answered and posted to the documents sections of this solicitation. Please ensure you read all questions and answers as the answer concerning the Past Performance Questionnaire has been changed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0064 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for janitorial services (includes cleaning services, and janitorial supplies and consumables such as paper products, chemicals, tools and equipment), and routine maintenance services, at the White Mountain Ranger Station & Visitor Center, Mount Whitney Ranger Station Administrative Site, and the Mt. Whitney Eastern Sierra Visitor Center on the Inyo National Forest. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. SITE VISIT Date: May 26, 2026 Time: 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Savings Time Address: Easter Sierra Visitor Center 100 CA Hwy 136 Lone Pine, CA 93545 Please RSVP to Kari.Hughes@usda.gov to ensure the Forest Service knows how many people will be attending. The site visit should take 2.5 � 3.5 hours as we will visit all three sites with a 1 hr drive between two of the sites. Offerors or quoters are encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
