Description
This Sole Source Justification Notice is for the NOAA Order 1332KP26F0040 awarded against GSA contract GAS-35F-517AA to SIMBA Enterprises, LLC in accordance with GSAM/R 538.7104-3(b)(1)(iii) �The order should be issued on a sole source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an FSS order already issued on a competitive basis.
