Description
On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the Army Contracting Command has a construction project, CSS# 98478 OMS Mini-Splits. This project involves the removal of three existing through-the-wall mounted air conditioning units and the installation of energy-efficient, ductless mini-split heat pump systems at two Army Reserve facilities.
