Description

Please see attached amendment 0004 and supporting documents. This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24226B00003, Project Number 526-22-115 Upgrade OR & Pharmacy Dumbwaiters at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center,130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx NY10468. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $45 Million. The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: This is a construction project for the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468 to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment,and material necessary to replace OR and Pharmacy Dumbwaiters in Building 100. All work shall be completed in accordance with all published applicable local/state/federal/national codes, ordinances, and regulations, along with all related VA directives, design guides and manuals, specifications, and standards plus all VA requirements (federal or local) that are project specific to the documented scope of work on this site. Please see the attached Statement of Work. Project Completion: 270 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.sam.gov. The response submittal address,date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding and all responses/submissions to the solicitation to be posted later shall be emailed. Faxed or hand carried bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov with a Unique Entity Identifier and are verified/visible/certified as SDVOSB in the Small Business Search at the time of offer/bid submission and before award of this procurement.
