Description
The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala requires the purchase of brand new, unlocked cell phones and accessories in support to USG and Guatemala projects as per attached SOW. The U.S. Government intends to issue a Purchase Order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable offer at the lowest price.
